TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Worthy Luxury Limousine and Transports LLC contract for limousine services is effective as of January 20th 2016. Any reservation made with Worthy Limo, by you the client and members of your party agree to be bound by this contract to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are set forth to protect the safety of our passengers, employees, vehichles and our company.

PAYMENT:

Credit Cards are required to book all reservations even if you plan to pay in cash. Cash payment is due upon boarding. We accept all major credit cards. All credit cards will require ID verification. Additional charges may be subject and may not be limited to additional fees such as overtime, gratuity, fuel surcharge fees, wait time, no show as well as other fees. You will find these charges on your invoice receipt which will display itemized fees. A 20% Gratuity will be placed on every reservation for Worthy Limo service uinless a cash tip equal to the amount or greater is given. Gratuity is calculated by base fare, stop time, wait time, holiday surcharge fee, and service. Gratuity will be reflected on invoice receipt if not given directly to the driver.

 

RESERVATIONS AND QUOTES:

A request  for a quote can be done directly from our website www.worthylimo.com. Once you have agreed and accepted the quote, our staff will process your request, check vehicle availability, book your reservation and e-mail you written reservation confirmation. Reservations can be booked online directly through our website www.worthylimo.com. To book a reservation, a valid credit card, a valid ID card, a valid e-mail address, valid mailing/billing address and a valid phone number are required. Until you the client have received a written reservation e-mail confirmation from Worthy Limo, your reservation will not be confirmed. Once we receive a quote or a reservation from our website, our staff will process your request based on vehicle availability. Worthy Limo advises all clients to place a reservation in at least 48 hours in advance to pick up time and date. Last minute reservations are subject to availability and still require a confirmation. No other employees except our office staff will be able to process and confirm reservations. Once you have received a written reservation confirmation from Worthy Limo, please review that reservation to verify and ensure that all of the information is accurate. Our professional drivers will be dispatched based on the information from that confirmed reservation. If there are any changes or errors to any existing reservations, do not hesitate to contact us right away. For any changes to existing reservations or to book a new reservation, please contact our office staff at 562-461-9714.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO SHOW FEES:

Once a sedan, suv, or town car reservation has been confirmed, a CANCELLATION for a Sedan, SUVs, and Town Car must be completed 24 HOURS PRIOR to pick up time and date to avoid FULL CHARGE. All CANCELLATIONS must be called in directly to our office at 562-461-9714 and e-mailed to us at [email protected]. For sedan, suv, and town car reservations, the wait time is 10 (ten minutes) and then after that surcharge fees will apply every 15 (fifteen) minute increments until 30 (thirty) minutes has been reached passed the pick up time. If the passenger has been in communication with the driver, surcharge fees will continue in 15 (fifteen) increments until passenger enters vehicle. A No Show reservation may arise when a Worthy Limo driver is unable to locate or contact via phone or in person a passenger for pick up. All No Show reservations result in a full charge plus 20% gratuity. Worthy Limo advises that all clients provide a valid phone number in which they can be reached and remain at specified location confirmed in reservation. 

For airport pick ups, Worthy Limo monitors and tracks incoming all commercial flights and delays for our passengers.  Worthy Limo allocates a grace period of 60 (sixty) minute wait time for domestic flights pick up and 90(ninety) minute wait time for international flights. Wait time fees will apply every 15 (fifteen) increments until passenger enters vehicle. Worthy Limo does not monitor nor track private flights, sea ports, and train schedules. Wait time grace period is 5 (five) minutes from pick up time and surcharge fees will apply in 15(fifteen) minute increments or until passenger is rendered a no show reservation.

For corporate accounts, changes made to an existing reservation iternary need to placed by passenger(s) at least 2 (TWO) hour in advance via phone call to 562-461-9714 and by e-mail [email protected]. CANCELLATIONS of any corporate reservation without 2(TWO) HOUR advance notice will result in Fulll Charge plus applicable fees.

For large parties of passengers and events, a deposit will be required to secure the reservation for a particular date, time, and duration. ALL DEPOSITS are non refundable. Deposits are based on the contract amount, length and type of service, duration, proximity, and additional services, requests or amenties.

CANCELLATIONS for stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines, Hummer H2, vans, minibuses, limousine party buses, and coach buses REQUIRE 7 (SEVEN) BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FOR ANY EVENT SUCH WEDDINGS, PROMS, QUINCEANERAS, ETC.; otherwise subject to full charge of contract amount or full charge of hourly minimum. If new reservation placed for any of these vehicles are confirmed within a week time of the pick up date, a 72 (Seventy-two) HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE is REQUIRED to notify our office at 562-461-9714 and by e-mail at [email protected]. In either instance if reservation for these vehicles are placed and confirmed, passenger(s) are NO SHOW without prior call and e-mail cancellation; a FULL CHARGE AND 20% GRATUITY WILL BE APPLIED. 

LIABILITY:

THE CLIENT AND MEMBERS OF PARTY AGREE AND ASSUMES ALL FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE TO OUR VEHICLES caused during the duration of the rental by you the client andor members of your party. A minimum of $250.00 damage fee for each carpet or seat burn. A minimum $250.00 clean up fee will be charged for vomiting etc. In addition, the client assumes responsibility and will be charged the actual cost of repair and replacement of any damaged parts and materials and will be responsible for vehicle downtime at the rate of $250.00 per day during the repair.

SMOKING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN OUR VEHICLES. DRUG USE IS NOT PERMITTED AND IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.  ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RUN WITHOUT REFUND. WORTHY LIMO DRIVERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY RUN DUE TO UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, BLATANT DISRESPECT TO THE CHAUFFEUR AND FOUL LANGUAGE. CLIENT AND/OR MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY AGREE AND ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF QUOTED PRICE, APPLICABLE FEES, WORTHY LIMO EMPLOYEE'S ATTORNEY FEES, COURT EXPENSES, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND WELL BEING WILL APPLY.

WORTHY LIMO DRIVERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RUN WITHOUT REFUND IF THERE IS BLATANT INDISCRETION ON THE PART CLIENT AND MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY. WORTHY LIMO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OCCURED DURING THE DURATION OF THE RUN. NO WALKING AND NO STANDING IS ALLOWED WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO DURING EACH RUN TO ENSURE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF DRIVER AND ALL PASSENGERS. 

NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21(TWENTY-ONE) YEARS OF AGE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL IN OUR VEHICLES. DRIVER WILL TERMINATE THE RUN UPON THIS VIOLATION. NO REFUNDS FOR THE RUN WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO CLIENT OR MEMBERS OF PARTY. ANY FINES WILL BE PAID BY THE CLIENT. IF ALL MEMBERS OF PARTY ARE MINORS, PARENT/GUARDIAN OF PARTY WILL BE NOTIFIED AND MINORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PICKED BY PARENTS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Worthy Limo assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged personal belongings as well as any items left inside our vehicles.

Worthy Limo is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, road conditions, traffic, unforseen events, and mechanical breakdowns. Worthy Limo advises all our clients and members of party to leave adequate time for traveling to and from pick up location and drop location. Worthy Limo advises clients to consider allowing adequate time especially around peak hours/times of the day.

 

WORTHY LIMO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, CHANGE, ADD, OR REMOVE ANY PORTION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THIS PAGE ARE SUBJECT TO THE SOLE DISCRETION OF WORTHY LUXURY LIMOUSINES AND TRANSPORTS LLC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS  WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UPON THIS POST TO WWW.WORTHYLIMO.COM.
